Ways to Give

NSHN Foundation offers more than one way to give.

Donating online is simple and secure. We offer several different types of Donor Programs to ensure you can make the donation that's right for you. All donations over $20.00 will receive a charitable tax receipt.

Single or One-Time Donation
A one-time gift to support equipment and patient services. Donations of $1,000 or more will be recognized on a Donor Board. You can choose to direct your donation to a specific NSHN site or where it’s needed most.

Monthly Donation
An automatic monthly gift from your credit card for the same amount. You can cancel this anytime by contacting the Foundation office. Donations of $1,000 or more will be recognized on a Donor Board. You can direct your donation to a specific NSHN site or where it’s needed most.

In Memory
A one-time gift in honor of a loved one. The Foundation will inform the family of your generous donation.

Grateful Patient
A one-time gift to thank a healthcare worker who has helped you. The Foundation will send a thank-you card to the worker with your personal message. You can direct your donation to a specific NSHN site or where it’s needed most. 

Patient Experience Champion Nomination
Help us recognize those who excel in providing outstanding experiences for patients, residents, and clients. All North Shore Health Network employees, providers, and volunteers can be nominated, even if they do not work directly with patients. Everyone at NSHN plays a role in enhancing the experience.
